Senior Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar, ADGP, reportedly died by suicide at his official residence in Chandigarh. The incident occurred at his government accommodation, with police cordoning off the area and recovering the weapon. Kumar was recently transferred to Sunaria Jail, which houses Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.
