FIFA and AFC have affirmed that the current AIFF executive committee, elected in 2022, is entitled to complete its term until 2026. This reassurance, along with a warning of potential suspension if the Supreme Court’s order and Constitution ratification aren’t finalised by October 30, was presented to the SC by AIFF’s lawyer.
