Jagsir Singh, a proclaimed offender since 2016, was arrested. He evaded police for nine years. He was living under the identity of Punjabi singer Baaz Sran. Sran was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau. The arrest was in connection with a 2015 opium seizure case. Sran’s song ‘Sarkari Kothi’ ironically talks about jail.
