Surat PCB apprehended Bhargav, a 39-year-old man, after 15 years on the run for abducting his employer’s wife in 2010. He was previously arrested in 2008 for kidnapping his employer’s son. Bhargav evaded police by shifting between Rajasthan and Delhi, recently returning to Surat where he was caught near Dabholi Crossroads.
