Wazahat Khan Qadri, who filed a complaint against Instagram influencer Sharmistha Panoli, has been arrested. Kolkata Police took action against Qadri following FIRs alleging communal remarks on social media. BJP MLA Agnimitra Paul and Sanjukta Samanta filed the FIRs. Qadri faces multiple complaints, including one with the Lalbazar Cyber Cell. His father claims a witch hunt and denies religious bias.
