A 30-year-old man, Chand Sheikh, has been arrested for the murder of a 60-year-old woman in Kalyan. Sheikh, recently released from jail for another murder, killed the woman after pretending to ask for water and fled with her jewelry. Initial suspicion fell on a neighbor, but further police investigation led to Sheikh’s confession.
