A 30-year-old man, Sheeshpal, was found hanging in his home in Hasanpur following a conflict with his wife, Santosh Devi, over her alleged affair with a former village head, Rajendra Kumar. An FIR has been filed, and Santosh, along with Rajendra, has been detained for interrogation.
