Hindenburg Research, known for its impactful short-selling reports, is shutting down as announced by founder Nate Anderson. Since 2017, the firm has uncovered alleged corporate fraud, including claims against the Adani Group, causing significant market value losses. While Anderson cites no specific reason, he plans to open-source Hindenburg’s methodology and support his employees’ future endeavors.
