The SEC has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk for not properly disclosing his ownership of Twitter, allegedly allowing him to buy shares at artificially low prices. Previously, Musk and Tesla paid $20 million fines each for a misleading tweet about taking Tesla private, to avoid the company going bankrupt.
