In Tumakuru, farmer Yoganand bravely stopped a leopard attack by grabbing its tail, preventing harm to villagers. Forest officials captured the weak and partially visually impaired animal, transferring it to a Mysuru rescue center. The leopard had been preying on livestock in nearby villages.
