Reliance Industries, through its subsidiary RSBVL, has acquired the oncology-focused platform Karkinos for Rs 375 crore. Karkinos provides technology-driven cancer care solutions and aims to offer affordable end-to-end services. They have partnered with around 60 hospitals and are setting up a 150-bed cancer hospital in Imphal. The acquisition enhances Reliance’s health services portfolio.
