Bangladeshi nationals like Nizamuddin Minto and Albert Ripon Ballove won’t be able to participate in Kolkata’s Christmas celebrations due to ongoing visa restrictions. Minto, who has volunteered at the Missionaries of Charity for 17 years, and Ballove, who visits annually, share a long association with the city and its festive atmosphere.
